The Challenge

Public environments at scale — markets, public transport hubs, government institutions, schools — face structural challenges in distributing essential products consistently.

Manual systems lack visibility into stock levels, fail without notice, and require physical audits. Authorities promoting sustainability initiatives needed a system that could distribute eco-friendly alternatives reliably while providing real-time data on usage, faults, and operational performance.

The Solution

A unified IoT vending ecosystem built on a single hardware and software architecture, with multiple product variants: Cloth Bag Vending Machines, Compostable Carry Bag Vending Machines, and Sanitary Pad Vending Machines with built-in incineration.

Every unit is built around a custom-designed PCB integrating an ESP32 controller, 2G/4G connectivity, motor drivers for the dispensing mechanism, sensor inputs for stock and fault detection, and UPI/QR payment integration. All units sync to a centralized cloud dashboard via MQTT for real-time monitoring.
