OUR STORY

From maker collective to defense-deployed engineering.

We started as a group of engineers obsessed with building things that work in the real world -- not just in labs or demos. What began as robotics and AI research projects evolved into a full-scale engineering company.

Today, our work spans defense, smart infrastructure, healthcare, robotics, and enterprise systems, with a focus on environments where systems must work reliably under operational stress.

We design our own silicon, train our own AI, ship our own products, and run them in the most demanding environments in the country.

What we believe

Engineering companies should build things, not manage vendors. The hard parts -- silicon, AI, software -- should stay in-house.

India needs engineering companies that can compete at the system level, not just the component level. We're building that company.

2018-2020

Origins

Started as Sparklers -- a research and maker collective working on robotics, AI, and image processing projects.

2020

Aeonix founded

Aeonix Research & Innovations LLP formally incorporated in Kolkata. Began building production-grade systems.

2022

Enterprise expansion

Began work with Tata Group entities, ITC, IIT Hyderabad. Expanded to full-stack hardware + AI + software.

2024

First government OEM status

Became registered OEM for the West Bengal Pollution Control Board. Deployed first IoT cloth bag vending machine.

2025

Defense and scale

Indian Army deployment. Gangasagar Mela AI sanitation. 500+ vending machines. IPL gesture gaming -- sub-100ms latency.

2026

Expanding nationally

Multi-state empanelment in progress. Defense procurement track active. Scaling across India.
